Room Rates are per room and include breakfast V.A.T. and local tax
In order to secure your booking a deposit of 20% will be required, which is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The balance to be paid at your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancelation at any time, the deposit (20%) is not refundable .
For cancelations that take place 30 days or more from the arrival date you are not obligated to pay the balance.
However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS or no-show you must pay the total amount.
