PAYMENT POLICY
- Room Rates are per room and include breakfast V.A.T. and local tax
- In order to secure your booking a deposit of 20% will be required, which is not refundable in case of cancellation.
- The balance to be paid at your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case of cancelation at any time, the deposit (20%) is not refundable .
- For cancelations that take place 30 days or more from the arrival date you are not obligated to pay the balance.
- However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS or no-show you must pay the total amount.
EXTRAS
- Half Board 20 euros per day adult
- Half Board 14 euros per day for children up to 12 years
- Baby cot free for infants

- There is no extra charge for children under 2 years old.
- We offer baby cot upon request.
